We are looking for an experienced Payroll Manager to join a newly created HR Shared Service Center supporting international operations. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a strategic transformation project, driving payroll standardization and coordination across multiple countries.

Job Description

  • Coordinate payroll operations across multiple countries and support local payroll experts.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll execution in cooperation with external payroll providers.
  • Monitor compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and internal policies.
  • Lead payroll harmonization and process standardization initiatives.
  • Analyze payroll data and prepare reports to support business decision making.
  • Act as the main point of contact for external payroll vendors and manage key relationships.
  • Drive continuous improvement projects and support enhancements within HR systems and processes.
  • Define and monitor payroll KPIs and SLAs.
  • Collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and international stakeholders.
  • Support knowledge sharing and development of payroll teams across different locations.



The Successful Applicant

  • At least 6 years of experience in payroll, HR operations, or a related area.
  • Experience working in an international, multi country environment.
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes, compliance, and payroll legislation.
  • Experience managing relationships with external payroll providers.
  • Proven track record in process improvement and change management initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.
