About Our Client

We are currently supporting recruitment for an international manufacturing company looking to strengthen its plant controlling team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to develop within a dynamic production environment and gain exposure to international stakeholders.

Job Description

  • Control and analyze manufacturing costs at plant level
  • Prepare analyses and reports for the Plant Controller
  • Monitor and report costs by cost centers, machines and production areas
  • Support the month-end closing process and reporting
  • Collect and consolidate financial and operational data
  • Participate in plant performance analysis and decision-making support
  • Oversee inventory levels and support stock counts
  • Analyze inventory variances and discrepancies
  • Cooperate with international stakeholders
  • Support product costing and overhead control
  • Prepare monthly reports (scrap, rework, labor, overheads, inventory turns)
  • Participate in budgeting and continuous improvement initiatives

The Successful Applicant

  • Knowledge of accounting and controlling (P&L, balance sheet, cost structure)
  • Advanced/expert proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and ERP systems
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to deliver accurate work within deadlines
  • English at min. B2 level
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Strong team player, comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
