Join a newly established Shared Services Centre and play a key role in building and developing the Procure-to-Pay function. As a PTP Team Lead, you will lead a team of finance professionals, drive process excellence across Accounts Payable operations, support business growth and help shape best-in-class PTP processes in an international environment.

The role sits within a brand-new finance SSC structure, providing a unique opportunity to contribute to the build-out of a new organization and drive operational excellence from day one.

Job Description

  • Lead, motivate and develop a team responsible for end-to-end Procure-to-Pay operations.
  • Oversee Accounts Payable processes, including invoice processing, vendor master data, payments and supplier issue resolution.
  • Ensure delivery of services in line with agreed SLAs, KPIs and quality standards.
  • Monitor team workload, allocate resources and support effective capacity planning.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote process optimization and automation.
  • Maintain strong collaboration with Procurement, Finance and business stakeholders.
  • Support month-end and year-end close activities related to Accounts Payable.
  • Manage escalations and complex supplier-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, tax and audit requirements.
  • Participate in transitions, migrations and transformation projects within the PTP area.
  • Identify training needs and support professional development of team members.
  • Deliver regular reports, performance analyses and recommendations to management.



The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in a Team Lead, Supervisor, Coordinator or similar people management role within a Finance or Shared Services environment.
  • Knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (PTP/P2P) processes, including Accounts Payable, invoice processing, vendor management and payments.
  • Experience in managing a finance team, including performance management, coaching and employee development.
  • Very good command of English (minimum B2 level).
  • University degree, ideally in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration.
  • Good understanding of operational processes, KPIs, service delivery models and stakeholder management.
  • Experience in transition projects or process migrations will be an advantage.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Continuous improvement mindset and willingness to implement process enhancements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
