We're looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Business Services team at Michael Page in Warsaw. You'll help international clients build their teams, manage recruitment projects and develop new business relationships. This is a full-time role under an employment contract, with flexible working hours and a hybrid model based at our office in central Warsaw.

Job Description

  • Develop new business through calls, meetings, referrals and networking.
  • Build lasting client relationships and understand their hiring needs.
  • Manage recruitment processes from the initial briefing to the candidate's offer and start date.
  • Be an active part of volume recruitment projects for international clients in the Business Services sector.
  • Source, interview and support candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Advise clients on talent availability, salary expectations and recruitment timelines.
  • Negotiate terms of cooperation and support candidate offer discussions.
  • Prepare market research, reports and client presentations in English.
  • Manage project priorities, maintain accurate records and work towards agreed business targets.
  • Collaborate with other teams and share knowledge and business opportunities.

The Successful Applicant

  • Around two years of experience in a recruitment agency / consulting or Big4.
  • Fluent English for daily communication with international clients and candidates.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in building relationships and approaching new clients.
  • A commercial mindset, initiative and motivation to achieve results.
  • Good organisation and the ability to manage several recruitment projects.
  • Confidence using Excel and PowerPoint to analyse data and prepare client materials.
  • A collaborative approach, openness to feedback and willingness to learn.
  • Fluency in both Polish and English, written and spoken, is essential.
