For our Client, a rapidly growing Shared Services Center (SSC) in Wrocław, we are seeking an experienced RTR Team Leader. This is a unique opportunity to join a new finance organization, lead the RTR team, participate in process transitions, and help build the team and its operating model. The role combines responsibility for day-to-day RTR operations with active involvement in shaping processes, standards, and ways of working.

We are seeking an experienced RTR Team Leader responsible for leading the RTR team, participating in process transitions, and building both the team and its operating model.

Job Description

  • Building, developing, and managing the RTR team.
  • Organizing team workload, planning resources, and setting priorities.
  • Ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of Record to Report processes.
  • Overseeing month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
  • Ensuring accuracy of financial and accounting processes, including the General Ledger area.
  • Monitoring performance indicators (KPIs) and ensuring delivery against agreed service levels (SLAs).
  • Collaborating with business stakeholders and finance teams across the organization.
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements, standardization initiatives, and optimization actions.
  • Supporting initiatives related to transformation, knowledge transfer, and process development.
  • Ensuring compliance of performed processes with applicable financial standards and internal control requirements.
  • Participating in recruitment and onboarding of new team members.



The Successful Applicant

  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Several years of professional experience in RTR, GL, or a related finance and accounting area.
  • Experience in managing a finance team.
  • Very good knowledge of finance and accounting processes as well as accounting principles.
  • Very good command of English (minimum B2 level).
  • Experience in transition projects or process migrations will be an advantage.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Continuous improvement mindset and willingness to implement process enhancements.
