Job Description

  • Manage and support SAP Finance solutions (run + enhancements)
  • Partner with Finance stakeholders to identify and implement improvements
  • Analyze process, system, and data gaps and propose solutions
  • Lead discussions on key finance processes (GL, intercompany, close, reporting)
  • Configure and support SAP FI functionalities where needed
  • Ensure compliance with audit, control, and regulatory requirements
  • Participate in roadmap planning (support, enhancements, new implementations)
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other SAP and business teams
  • Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements
  • Perform fit-gap analysis and support solution design
  • Support build, testing, deployment, and hypercare activities
  • Contribute to documentation, training, and user communication

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience in SAP Finance / ERP / consulting
  • 5+ years in system implementations and integrations
  • Strong experience across full project lifecycle (design → support)
  • Hands-on expertise in SAP FI, including:General Ledger ; Intercompany reconciliation; Month-end close; Fixed Assets; Multi-currency / FX; Statutory Reporting
  • Understanding of cross-module integrations (FI-CO, MM, SD, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of finance processes and accounting principles
  • Experience with requirements gathering, testing, and documentation
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
