About Our Client

Our client is a rapidly expanding global FinTech organization operating at the intersection of technology and financial services. With a strong international presence and a focus on innovation, the company is currently building a new SSC structure in Gdańsk, creating opportunities to shape processes and drive operational excellence. The target working model is 3 days per week from the office.

Job Description

  • Manage service requests from internal teams and partners to ensure timely resolution of issues and requests
  • Monitor and respond to security alerts and incidents across global IT systems
  • Investigate security events to assess scope, impact, and root causes
  • Work with Security Operations to evaluate alert severity and prioritize actions
  • Execute incident response activities, including containment, remediation, and recovery
  • Maintain clear documentation of all incident response actions for analysis and improvement
  • Communicate with stakeholders throughout incidents, providing updates and involving them in decisions
  • Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to strengthen organizational security posture

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure: hardware, software, networking, cloud
  • Experience with ITMS workflows and customer-focused delivery
  • Ability to integrate multiple technologies into cohesive solutions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with security frameworks (NIST, CIS, SOX, ISO 27001)
  • 5-10 years of experience with security tools (e.g., SentinelOne, Microsoft Suite, Rapid7, ServiceNow, Google SecOps)
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Defender and Purview
  • Good understanding of Windows, macOS, and Linux
  • Experience with IT infrastructure, networking, and software solutions
  • Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent time management and prioritization
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
