About Our Client

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, industrialization and implementation of paint shop processes for a new production facility. The role involves participation in projects from the concept phase through to series production launch.

Job Description

Plan and implement paint shop processes for new production projects.
Prepare technical specifications and RFQ documentation for suppliers.
Coordinate technology suppliers and contractors involved in paint shop development projects.
Manage project timelines, budgets and activities within the assigned area.
Cooperate with international planning and project teams.
Support production launch activities and continuous optimization of paint shop processes.

The Successful Applicant

University degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a Paint Shop environment within the automotive industry.
Knowledge of surface preparation, painting and curing processes.
Experience in implementing or industrializing new production processes.
Very good command of English.
Willingness to travel for business purposes, particularly during the onboarding process.
