About Our Client

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Quality Specialist - Body in White to ensure product quality and compliance throughout the entire product lifecycle, from concept and industrialization to serial production.

This role is ideal for a quality professional with a strong background in automotive manufacturing, welding technologies, and measurement systems, who wants to play an active role in developing products, production processes, and quality standards within a modern Body-in-White environment.

Job Description

    • Ensure product quality throughout all project phases, from concept development to serial production.
    • Verify product compliance with technical specifications, quality requirements, and manufacturing standards.
    • Collaborate closely with Production, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, and Launch teams.
    • Support the development and optimization of Body-in-White production processes and manufacturing lines.
    • Monitor and improve quality performance using advanced measurement and inspection systems.
    • Manage quality assurance activities related to product launches and serial production.
    • Analyze quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
    • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product and process quality.
    • Coordinate with international project teams and stakeholders.



The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 5 years of experience within the automotive industry.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Body-in-White manufacturing and welding processes.
  • Proven experience in Product Quality, Process Quality, Manufacturing Quality, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of metal manufacturing and joining technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Laser Welding
    • Laser Brazing
    • Laser Cutting
    • Automotive Welding Processes
  • Experience with measurement systems and industrial metrology.
  • Knowledge of GOM Cells and inline measurement systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and international environment.
  • Fluent English communication skills.



NICE TO HAVE:

  • International Welding Engineer (IWE) certification.
  • Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in greenfield projects, production launches, or industrialization activities.
