Manage S&OP and supply chain planning applications to support reliable planning activities.
Gather business needs and translate them into practical requirements for planning applications.
Maintain application settings and data quality to improve the accuracy of planning outputs.
Investigate application issues and coordinate appropriate solutions to reduce disruption.
Work with Technology colleagues to deliver updates and improvements to supply chain planning tools.
Test application changes before release to confirm they meet agreed requirements.
Prepare clear documentation for application processes, configurations and changes.
Monitor application use and identify areas where S&OP processes can be improved.

3+ years of experience using S&OP or supply chain planning applications.
Ability to translate supply chain planning needs into application requirements.
Knowledge of planning data and its impact on supply chain decisions.
Ability to investigate issues within planning applications and identify practical solutions.
Experience testing application changes and documenting outcomes.
Ability to work with Technology teams on application improvements.
