Finance Manager

For our client - a global FinTech and insurance platform building a new SSC structure in Gdańsk - we are looking for an experienced International Finance Manager. You will play a key role in shaping processes, supporting acquisitions and ensuring high-quality financial reporting in a dynamic, international environment. The target working model is 3 days per week from the office.

Controlling Manager CEE

Role will consist of 2 areas:
1. Finance & Accounting Manager (Polish entity):
+ Accounting and statutory (preparation of tax calculations and fin. statements) & Financial controlling and reporting

2. CEE Finance Lead
+ Financial and business reporting across the CEE sub-region (co-op with local Finance Managers across the region)
This person will lead a 1-2 team, as well as collaborate with 2 SSC

Poszukujemy doświadczonego Finance Managera, który będzie odpowiedzialny za zarządzanie finansami. Idealny kandydat będzie posiadał umiejętności analityczne oraz zdolność do podejmowania strategicznych decyzji finansowych.

You will be responsible for whole finance area (accountancy, tax, reporting etc.), being partner/advisor for CFO in Poland and point of contact for HQ.

Candidate will be leading team of 2 people.
