About Our Client

We are recruiting for Acrisure, a global fintech and insurance solutions company expanding its presence in Poland through a new operational hub in Gdańsk's Olivia Centre. The hub supports international operations across Finance & Accounting, FP&A, Compliance, IT, Cybersecurity and HR. This role will support Acrisure Re, an Agency Partner of Acrisure LLC, working within insurance and reinsurance operations for the London Market. Job Description

  • Enter and check contracts, process transactions and prepare invoices for London business.
  • Learn bureau and non-bureau processes, including insurer payments.
  • Track contract and transaction progress against internal and external deadlines.
  • Check contract documents and data to support accurate market closing.
  • Handle routine internal queries and escalate complex matters.
  • Support FDO and Velonetic submissions and queries under supervision.
  • Assist with written and paid bordereaux for delegated authority business.
  • Check, record and process insurance premiums.
  • Match and allocate payments, flagging items requiring review.
  • Prepare and check data for statistical reporting.
  • Learn how accurate data supports profit commission calculations.

The Successful Applicant

  • Interest in insurance, financial services, operations, data or business administration.
  • No insurance experience required; office, customer service or data entry experience is a plus.
  • Willingness to learn London Market processes, systems and terminology.
  • Basic Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel skills.
  • Confidence working with numbers, data and detailed information.
  • Clear communication and confidence to ask questions.
  • Accuracy, organisation and a careful approach to following procedures.
  • Ability to recognise when a task needs checking or escalation.
  • Willingness to learn varied tasks, take feedback and own your development.
  • Ability to manage priorities with support and stay calm under deadlines.
  • A collaborative approach, keeping colleagues informed.
  • Curiosity about how processes work and why they matter.
  • Awareness of how timely, accurate work supports clients and colleagues.
