You will play a key role in shaping processes, supporting acquisitions and ensuring high-quality financial reporting in a dynamic, international environment. The target working model is 3 days per week from the office.

This position is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate monthly account certifications and related balance sheet activities across multiple North American divisions. This includes verifying that each reconciliation is fully supported by documentation, confirming subledger details align with the corporate general ledger, documenting outstanding items, and investigating and resolving significant revenue and expense variances in the following month.

We are supporting our client in the recruitment of an Senior FP&A Analyst for their newly created SSC in Gdańsk. As part of the global FP&A team, you will support planning, forecasting, reporting and performance analysis for an international business. This is a hybrid role based in Gdańsk, with 4 days per week from the office.

As the GBS Order to Cash (OTC) Senior Analyst, you will support Order-to-Cash (OTC) activities across supported markets, focusing on complex execution, review, and issue analysis within the GBS OTC organization.

FP&A Principal Analyst

We are supporting our client in the search for an FP&A Manager to join their newly established Shared Service Center in Gdańsk. This role combines hands-on FP&A with team leadership and close collaboration with senior stakeholders. You will lead a team of analysts, drive planning and reporting processes, and partner with global finance teams. The role is based in Gdańsk with a hybrid model of 4 days per week in the office.

Reporting to the VP, Controller, the primary responsibilities of the Senior Accountant will be to assist in the maintenance of the Company's general ledger and the preparation of financial statements and related analyses, tax and regulatory filings, as well as the timely reconciliation and analyses of funds received from clients and reinsurers and the effective resolution of issues.
