FP&A Principal Analyst

For our client, a company with international exposure, we are seeking a Senior Specialist to join their Technical Accounting Department. This role requires fluent English and follows a hybrid schedule, with one day per week on-site at their Warsaw office conveniently located near the M1 metro line.

We are building a new Consolidation & Intercompany team and hiring both senior and mid-level professionals. This role is responsible for leading and executing consolidation and intercompany accounting processes for international entities. You will work closely with local/global finance teams to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant financial reporting under statutory and US GAAP standards.

We are supporting our client in the search for an FP&A Manager to join their newly established Shared Service Center in Gdańsk. This role combines hands-on FP&A with team leadership and close collaboration with senior stakeholders. You will lead a team of analysts, drive planning and reporting processes, and partner with global finance teams. The role is based in Gdańsk with a hybrid model of 4 days per week in the office.

OTC Process Manager role is strategic in managing the full EMEA Order to Cash operations as well as leading and navigating upcoming process transitions and transformations. The role is based in Wroclaw, however due to flexible hybrid work model we are open to candidates from other locations as well.
