About Our Client

Our Client is an international organization operating in a complex, people-intensive business/ manufacturing environment. The company is currently developing its HR function and strengthening the way people-related information is used to support business decisions.

Job Description

  • Analyse people-related data to identify trends, patterns, risks and opportunities.
  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc analyses and reports for HR and business stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain management dashboards and HR reporting tools.
  • Consolidate information from different sources and ensure data consistency and accuracy.
  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive reporting and analytical processes.
  • Support the development of HR KPIs and measurement frameworks.
  • Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable conclusions and recommendations.
  • Work closely with HR, Finance, IT and business stakeholders on data-related initiatives.
  • Support the implementation and improvement of HR systems and reporting solutions.
  • Contribute to projects aimed at improving the quality, accessibility and usability of people data.
  • Explore new technologies and analytical solutions that can improve the effectiveness of HR processes.

The Successful Applicant

  • Has professional experience in data analysis, reporting, BI or HR analytics.
  • Has strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Is comfortable working with large datasets and identifying meaningful insights.
  • Has advanced Excel skills and experience with data transformation and reporting tools.
  • Has experience creating dashboards and presenting analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Can communicate complex information in a simple and business-oriented way.
  • Is detail-oriented while maintaining the ability to see the bigger picture.
  • Works independently, takes ownership and proactively looks for improvements.
  • Is interested in technology, automation and new approaches to working with data.
  • Has good command of English and feels comfortable working in an international environment.



Nice to have:

  • Experience with Power BI, SQL, Power Query, Power Automate or Python.
  • Previous experience in HR, people analytics or working with HRIS/ERP systems.
  • Experience in developing automated reporting solutions.
  • Familiarity with AI-based tools and their application in analytics.
