The Key Account Manager CE is responsible for managing and growing new and existing Independent Retail Partners (Mono- and Multibrand) and for the acquisition of new partners for Central Europe (Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia).

The purpose of this role it to take a full ownership of Buying and Merchandising responsibility in Eastern European Countries. You will manage a team of 7 people based in Poland and Hungary. You will report into the Head of Buying and Merchandising Europe who is based in HQ in Switzerland, a Leader who empowers his people by giving them exciting challenges

The Store Manager's job is to provide the highest level of customer service and maintain high standards in the store, in line with the brand policy. The main tasks include the effective execution of sales plans and the complex management of the subordinate team: motivating and caring for the professional development of employees.
Store Manager Premium Brand
In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales as well as brand and retail execution for stores, partner boutiques, concessions and Multi-brand Retail Partners for South Poland with the aim of meeting and exceeding sales targets and controlling operational expenses. The role is a maternity cover till January 2020. As a District Manager you can be based in Warsaw (the HQ is here) or in the southern part of Poland.
