Operating as part of a larger group, the company values precision and efficiency in its operations, offering a supportive and structured workplace.Opis stanowiskaPerform end-to-end accounting activities covering both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes in a small, dynamic finance hubProcess and post vendor invoices and customer invoices in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)Monitor incoming and outgoing payments, support cash allocation and reconciliationHandle basic AP/AR queries, including vendor and customer communication (mainly in German)Support month-end closing activities, including preparation of reconciliations and ensuring data accuracyAssign cost centers and maintain proper coding structure in line with internal policiesAssist senior finance team members (e.g., GL Accountant) with reporting and analysis tasksPrepare and support regular financial reports for local management and the CFOManage and resolve discrepancies and disputes related to invoices and paymentsContribute to building and improving accounting processes in line with SSC best practices within a production environmentEnsure compliance with internal controls, policies and local accounting standardsProfil kandydata1-3+ years of experience in accounting (AP, AR or mixed roles)Good understanding of basic accounting principles and finance processesExperience working with ERP systems (knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a strong asset)Very good command of German (min. B2) and English (min.
