BDM, will play a key role in establishing presence and driving growth within the professional Cleaning & Hygiene category. Our Client is well known company in the Mediterranean region, looking for experienced person who will have an opportunity to build and lead market development in Poland with high level of ownership.

Opis stanowiska

  • Develop and execute the market entry and expansion for Poland
  • Identify, acquire, and manage relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key business partners
  • Build and grow sales with end clients across sectors such as HoReCa, facility management, healthcare, and industry
  • Act as a local ambassador of the brand, promoting the company's portfolio of professional cleaning solutions
  • Lead commercial negotiations and establish long-term partnerships
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and business opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with HQ on strategic planning, forecasting, and product positioning
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term relationship development



Profil kandydata

  • Proven experience in business development / sales within professional cleaning, hygiene, or related B2B sectors, in Cleaning & Hygiene category (eg., detergents, machines or tools)
  • Strong understanding of distribution models and cooperation with distributors
  • Fluent in English (Italian is a plus)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, self-driven, and results-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and build a market from the ground up
