Driven by continuous innovation, new product launches, and market expansion, the company is strengthening its Procurement function and is looking for a talented procurement professional to lead a strategically important category across the region. The role offers significant exposure to senior stakeholders, responsibility for shaping category strategy, and the opportunity to directly influence business performance through strategic sourcing, supplier management, and value creation initiatives.

Opis stanowiska

  • Develop and execute category strategies for the Marketing & Sales spend area across four markets.
  • Manage a complex supplier ecosystem and lead strategic sourcing initiatives.
  • Drive value creation, cost optimization, and continuous improvement programs.
  • Partner closely with senior stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Procurement functions.
  • Lead supplier negotiations and contract management activities.
  • Identify innovation opportunities and support business growth initiatives through effective procurement solutions.
  • Manage and develop an international team of three procurement professionals.
  • Monitor market trends and translate insights into actionable category strategies.



Profil kandydata

  • Proven experience within Indirect Procurement in a multinational FMCG environment.
  • Strong Category Management experience, ideally within Marketing & Sales, Commercial Procurement, or Professional Services.
  • Track record of managing significant spend and delivering measurable savings and business impact.
  • Experience working in complex, matrix organizations with multiple international stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and influencing skills.
  • Experience managing or mentoring team members.
  • Fluent English is essential.
  • Experience within the tobacco or beverages industry would be considered a strong advantage.
