Opis stanowiska

  • Lead, develop, and motivate the sales team to achieve ambitious business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Ensure effective implementation, monitoring, and execution of commercial plans and strategic initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders across the market.
  • Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, market trends, and areas for expansion.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to deliver sustainable business results.
  • Lead customer negotiations and oversee strategic account management activities.

Profil kandydata

  • Proven experience in a senior commercial role, preferably as a Sales Manager, Channel Sales Manager, Sales Director, Head of Sales, or similar position within the Consumer Goods industry.
  • Strong track record of building, leading, and developing successful sales teams.
  • Extensive experience in managing key customer relationships and leading complex commercial negotiations.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop, implement, and successfully execute sales strategies.
  • Strong business acumen with excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Experience operating in dynamic, fast-paced business environments.
  • Fluent English; additional languages will be considered an advantage.
