As part of this transformation, it is strengthening its global Cyber Security organisation and establishing a more integrated approach to Enterprise Security Architecture, Product Security and secure software delivery.Opis stanowiskaJoining the Cyber Leadership Team, the successful candidate will:Lead and develop an international team of Security Architects and Software Security specialists, positioning them as strategic partners who enable secure innovation across the business,Define and deliver the multi-year security technology and architecture roadmap, simplifying the existing landscape and supporting the transition towards a more integrated, platform-based security model,Own the Enterprise Security Architecture Framework, including security principles, technical standards, reference architectures and NFRs,Oversee the Security Design Assurance process, ensuring security requirements are incorporated into the design of new initiatives before implementation begins,Develop and promote reusable security patterns and reference architectures that enable product, project and engineering teams to build securely by default,Set the direction for the global SSDLC, embedding security into requirements, design and software delivery processes,Own the strategy and effectiveness of the Application Security toolchain, including the integration and optimisation of SAST, DAST and Software Composition Analysis (SCA) within CI/CD pipelines,Drive software supply-chain security, including the implementation and governance of Software Bill of Materials (SBOM) capabilities to improve the transparency and traceability of software components,Promote proactive threat modelling, enabling teams to identify architectural weaknesses and application-level risks early in the development lifecycle,Identify opportunities to apply GenAI, Agentic AI and automation to security architecture, product security and the wider Cyber Security function,Support the secure adoption of GenAI and LLM platforms, including solutions built on Azure and Databricks, taking into account AI-specific security threats,Evaluate security technologies and strategic vendors, identifying opportunities to reduce duplication, simplify the technology landscape and improve the effectiveness of security capabilities,Provide senior technical guidance on complex global technology and transformation programmes, balancing security requirements with business innovation and delivery priorities,Translate the security strategy into clear priorities, investment initiatives and measurable outcomes, demonstrating the value of security architecture and product security capabilities.We are looking for an experienced Cyber Security leader with a strong background in Security Architecture, Product Security, Application Security or Software Security.Profil kandydataWe are looking for an experienced Cyber Security leader with a strong background in Security Architecture, Product Security, Application Security or Software Security. The successful candidate should have:Senior leadership experience in Enterprise Security Architecture, Product Security, Application Security or Security Engineering,A proven track record of defining and delivering security strategies, enterprise architecture frameworks and technology roadmaps,Experience building or developing Product Security, Application Security or Secure SDLC capabilities within complex organisations,Strong knowledge of enterprise security architecture principles, including cloud, applications, platforms, data and their integration within wider technology environments,Practical understanding of DevSecOps, secure-by-design practices, threat modelling, SAST, DAST, SCA and SBOM,Experience leading and developing international teams of senior architects and technical specialists,The ability to balance security governance and technical standards with the need for the business to innovate and deliver at pace,Experience evaluating security technologies, managing strategic vendors and simplifying complex security tool landscapes,A clear understanding of how AI, automation and emerging technologies can improve the effectiveness of Cyber Security functions,Familiarity with securing GenAI and LLM environments, ideally within Azure or Databricks,Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts and security priorities to senior, non-technical stakeholders,Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment would be an advantage,Fluent English and Polish language skills as required for the role.OferujemyBasic salary of approx. 480 000 zł to 600 000 zł yearly,Annual bonus: 30%, with an optional multiplier of up to 2.5x (subject to the applicable scheme),Comprehensive benefits package, including long-term incentives (LTI),Company car or car allowance.This is a permanent role based in Warszawa.
