Our client, a leading international FMCG company, is looking for an experienced and commercially driven E-commerce Key Account Manager (retail, marketplace) to join their team.

Opis stanowiska

  • Manage and develop relationships with key e-commerce customers to drive sustainable growth and achieve commercial objectives
  • P&L, sales targets, and profitability performance
  • Develop, implement, and monitor Joint Business Plans (JBPs)
  • Lead commercial negotiations, including trading terms, promotional plans, and annual agreements
  • Prepare and manage sales forecasts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives
  • Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and provide actionable recommendations
  • Partner closely with internal stakeholders across Trade Marketing, Finance, Analytics, Supply Chain, and Logistics to ensure flawless execution of business plans
  • Effectively manage trade investments and monitor return on investment



Profil kandydata

  • min., 3-6 years of experience as a Key Account Manager
  • Solid understanding of Joint Business Planning, forecasting processes, and commercial account management
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills with a proven track record of delivering business results
  • Excellent analytical capabilities and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and fast-paced environment
  • High level of autonomy, ownership, and commercial mindset
  • Fluent English (C1 level or above), with the ability to communicate confidently in an international environment
