For our Client - global leader with strong growth strategy - we are seeking for an experienced professional for a position of Head of Retail Expansion, who will be responsible for driving the company's growth strategy, optimizing the existing portfolio, and delivering investment programs that ensure long-term, profitable business expansion.

Opis stanowiska

  • Develop and execute the expansion strategy in line with company business goals
  • Identify and evaluate growth opportunities across Poland
  • Conduct market, competitor, and consumer behaviour analysis
  • Manage and optimize the real estate portfolio
  • Lead site acquisition processes (leasing, purchasing, cooperation with developers and investors)
  • Negotiate commercial terms with partners and stakeholders
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners and local authorities
  • Support existing and new franchisees in expanding their portfolios
  • Provide advisory on investment feasibility and site selection
  • Oversee the full investment lifecycle-from site identification to opening
  • Deliver projects on time and within budget in line with company standards
  • Lead modernization programs
  • Build, develop, and lead teams across Development, Construction and Maintenance functions
  • Set objectives, monitor performance, and ensure accountability
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and operational excellence
  • Manage the investment budget (CAPEX)
  • Evaluate project profitability (ROI, NPV)
  • Drive cost optimization while maintaining high quality and brand standards

Profil kandydata

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in network development, real estate, or expansion (sales, retail, HoReCa, or related sectors)
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale development programs
  • Experience managing teams and complex investment projects
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities
  • Advanced negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • In-depth knowledge of the commercial real estate market
  • Solid experience in project and investment management
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • University degree in business, economics, real estate, engineering, or a related field
  • MBA or postgraduate studies - preferred
  • Fluency in both Polish and English
