  • Supporting and enhancing the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint) to help users work smarter and more collaboratively
  • Actively contributing to improvements in Digital Employee Experience (DEX) by identifying patterns, pain points, and opportunities for optimization
  • Managing devices and endpoints using Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager, including provisioning, configuration, updates, and lifecycle management
  • Supporting identity and access management processes, ensuring the right access for the right people at the right time
  • Following and promoting IT security best practices, helping protect users and the organization
  • Working within ITIL-based service management processes while continuously looking for ways to simplify, automate, and improve
  • Creating and maintaining clear documentation and knowledge base articles to enable self-service and faster problem resolution
  • Collaborating closely with infrastructure, cybersecurity, and application teams in an international environment
  • Supporting new employee onboarding by ensuring a smooth and welcoming IT setup from day one

Opis stanowiska

  • Provide technical support to ensure the smooth operation of IT systems and infrastructure.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business processes.
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure the security of IT systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand IT requirements and provide solutions.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for IT systems, processes, and procedures.
  • Assist in deploying and updating company-wide software and applications.
  • Provide training and support to end-users as required.

Profil kandydata

  • 2-5 years of experience in IT support or a similar end-user facing role
  • Solid hands-on experience with Windows 10/11 and the Microsoft 365 suite
  • Exposure to endpoint management tools such as Microsoft Intune and identity platforms like Active Directory / Entra ID
  • A basic understanding of networking fundamentals (VPN, Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP)
  • Experience working with ticketing or ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, FreshService, or similar)
