Lead and coordinate Order-to-Cash activities including collections, cash application, invoicing, and dispute management.
Support the transition of O2C processes into the Wrocław GBS organisation.
Coordinate knowledge transfer activities with local teams and business stakeholders across EMEA.
Ensure delivery of O2C services in line with agreed quality and performance standards.
Monitor KPIs and drive initiatives aimed at improving operational performance.
Contribute to working capital and cash collection improvement initiatives.
Support continuous improvement and process optimisation projects.
Manage customer-related escalations and support issue resolution.
Help implement standardised processes and best practices across the function.
Participate in transformation, migration, and automation projects while helping shape the future operating model.

5+ years of experience within Order-to-Cash, Accounts Receivable, or Credit & Collections.
Experience leading a team or acting as a senior subject matter expert.
Strong understanding of collections, cash application, invoicing, and dispute management processes.
Experience gained within SSC, GBS, or multinational environments.
Exposure to process transitions, migrations, or business transformation projects would be an asset.
Interest in taking ownership of both people and process-related responsibilities.
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset.
Ability to perform effectively within a newly created and rapidly evolving organisation.
Fluent English.
