Opis stanowiska

As a Payroll Analyst, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for employees;
  • Reviewing payroll inputs and outputs to ensure compliance with Polish regulations;
  • Collaborating with internal teams to address payroll-related queries;
  • Managing year-end payroll activities, including necessary adjustments and reporting;
  • Maintaining and updating payroll records in accordance with legal requirements;
  • Assisting with audits and providing necessary payroll documentation;
  • Supporting the implementation of payroll system improvements;
  • Liaising with external payroll providers to ensure service quality and compliance.

Profil kandydata

A successful Payroll Analyst should have:

  • Practical experience in payroll, including year-end processes;
  • Strong knowledge of Polish payroll regulations and logic;
  • Proficiency in English for effective communication;
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information;
  • Problem-solving skills to address payroll discrepancies;
  • Familiarity with payroll systems and related software;
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Oferujemy

Our client offers you:

  • A fixed-term contract position in Warsaw;
  • A monthly salary ranging from 15 500 PLN to 19 500 PLN;
  • An annual bonus, not included in the salary;
