Our client is a Shared Services Center (SSC) located in Poznań. It is a well-established organization that has been developing dynamically in recent years and is continuously expanding the scope of its services. The company offers a hybrid working model (50/50).

Opis stanowiska

  • Comprehensive administrative support of HR processes across the entire employee lifecycle (from hiring to offboarding)
  • Providing day-to-day support to employees and managers on HR-related matters
  • Coordinating and ensuring timely processing of requests in the HR system
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee data in HR systems
  • Preparing and updating HR documentation (employment contracts, amendments, certificates)
  • Supporting employee benefits administration and wellbeing initiatives
  • Participating in the improvement of HR processes and implementation of new solutions
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and internal policies
  • Collaborating with local and international teams in delivering HR services
  • Supporting data audits and ensuring data quality in HR systems
  • Creating and updating process documentation and instructional materials
  • Supporting projects related to the development and transformation of the HR function

Profil kandydata

  • University degree (preferably in HR, Business Administration, Law, or related fields)
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR administration / payroll / HR Operations
  • Practical knowledge of HR processes across the full employee lifecycle
  • Very good command of Swedish language and experience in HR/payroll (e.g. in the Polish market) or very good command of English and knowledge of labor law and/or HR processes in the Nordic countries
  • Knowledge of labor law and payroll-related topics
  • Experience working with HR systems (e.g. SAP, Workday or similar)
  • Very good command of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • High attention to detail and accuracy when working with data
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Openness to change and willingness to improve processes
