As part of its continued investment in operational excellence, we are seeking an experienced Production Manager / Director who combines exceptional leadership capabilities with deep manufacturing expertise and a passion for developing people.

Opis stanowiska

  • Recruit, coach, mentor and develop future leaders, building strong succession plans across the organisation.
  • Provide inspirational leadership to production managers and operational teams, creating a high-performance culture based on trust, ownership and accountability.
  • Establish clear performance expectations through robust KPI management and disciplined execution.
  • Drive operational excellence by implementing Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Optimise manufacturing performance through process parameterisation, data-driven decision making and production standardisation.
  • Deliver improvements in productivity, OEE, quality, cost efficiency, waste reduction and customer service.
  • Lead complex business transformation programmes, including organisational change, process redesign, automation and digital manufacturing initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance and Commercial teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure the highest standards of Health & Safety, Quality and Environmental compliance.
  • Build strong relationships with international stakeholders and contribute to the global manufacturing strategy.

Profil kandydata

You bring:

  • Significant leadership experience within complex manufacturing environments.
  • Proven success in managing large production organisations through people, not hierarchy.
  • Outstanding people leadership, coaching and talent development capabilities.
  • Strong experience managing manufacturing performance through KPIs, operational discipline and effective execution.
  • Excellent understanding of production process optimisation and manufacturing parameterisation.
  • Extensive knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools and methodologies, including Continuous Improvement, Kaizen, TPM, SMED, 5S, Visual Management and Value Stream Mapping.
  • Experience leading business transformation, operational turnaround or greenfield manufacturing projects.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across international organisations.
  • Fluency in English, enabling effective collaboration within a global environment.
