For a stable and growing organization delivering complex technical projects, we are looking for an experienced professional to take on the role of Project Design Team Manager. The position combines people management responsibilities with oversight of project delivery and the continuous development of design processes.

Opis stanowiska

Managing a project design team, including workload planning, task assignment, and competency development
Overseeing the delivery of a portfolio of technical projects from concept stage through implementation support
Planning project schedules, resources, and priorities
Ensuring the quality and consistency of project documentation
Improving and standardizing project workflows and information management processes
Cooperating closely with other departments to ensure technical and operational alignment
Participating in scope analysis, feasibility assessment, and risk identification
Monitoring project timelines, performance, and quality indicators
Leading coordination meetings and reporting on project progress

Profil kandydata

Several years of experience in managing technical or engineering-related projects
Proven experience in leading a project or design team
Strong knowledge of technical documentation
Experience working with digital design tools and environments (e.g., 3D models, multidisciplinary coordination)
Ability to operate effectively in structured, quality-driven organizations
Strong organizational and decision-making skills
Very good command of English (C1)
