Opis stanowiska

  • Define SAP Finance architecture and standards (GL, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, Tax, Reporting)
  • Lead SAP FI solutions end-to-end (design, configuration, integration, enhancements)
  • Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements across EMEA
  • Drive process improvements and implement strong internal controls (SOX, audit readiness)
  • Partner closely with business stakeholders (Finance, Tax, Treasury, FP&A, Supply Chain)
  • Own and execute the SAP Finance roadmap, including global and regional rollouts
  • Improve user experience and ensure business value delivery
  • Monitor trends (AI, RPA, analytics) and introduce innovation
  • Lead and develop the SAP Finance team
  • Manage external vendors and delivery quality

Profil kandydata

  • 8+ years of experience in SAP Finance / Finance Technology
  • Proven leadership experience (teams, global projects, or programs)
  • Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA (FI), including: General Ledger ; Intercompany Accouting; Month-end close; Fixed Assets; Tax / VAT; Statutory Reporting
  • Strong understanding of EMEA localization (e.g., VAT, SAF-T, KSeF)
  • Experience working with global templates and regional rollouts
  • Strong cross-functional knowledge (FI-CO, MM, SD, Treasury)
  • Experience in SAP implementations and system enhancements
  • Ability to perform fit-gap analysis and design solutions
  • Understanding of internal controls, SOX, and data governance
  • Nice to have: experience with tools like BlackLine, Kyriba, or tax systems
