Our client is from technology sector.

Work with business teams to understand and document business processes using BPMN.
Analyze business and system requirements, identify gaps, and define future solutions (As-Is vs To-Be, Fit/Gap Analysis).
Translate business needs into clear and detailed requirements, user stories, and system documentation.
Act as the main point of contact between business stakeholders, developers, QA teams, and project leads.
Support end-to-end feature delivery, ensuring requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
Create and maintain documentation such as process flows, user stories, sequence diagrams, ERDs, and other analysis artifacts.
Collaborate with development teams working on SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) solutions.
Participate in workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and solution discussions.
Ensure business requirements are aligned with system capabilities and project goals.

3+ years of experience with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) projects.
Previous experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or a similar role.
Good understanding of e-Commerce processes in B2B and/or B2C environments.
Experience gathering requirements and managing features from analysis through delivery.
Strong knowledge of business process modeling (BPMN) and system analysis.
Ability to create clear documentation, including user stories, process diagrams, and technical specifications.
Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, draw.io, Balsamiq, or similar.
Strong communication skills and ability to work with both business and technical teams.
Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
Communicative level of English (written and spoken) - must have.
