Opis stanowiska

Oversee day-to-day accounting activities, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, internal policies, and statutory requirements.
Support the accounting, reconciliation, monitoring, and forecasting of capital expenditures (CAPEX), ensuring accurate project cost allocation and reporting.
Review and verify financial transactions, maintaining the accuracy and integrity of accounting records and financial data.
Participate in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, providing reliable information for internal and external stakeholders.
Support tax compliance activities, including the preparation of VAT and CIT declarations, as well as ensuring adherence to applicable regulations.
Coordinate and provide documentation for internal and external audits, acting as a key contact for audit-related inquiries.
Monitor changes in accounting, tax, and financial regulations and contribute to the implementation of necessary updates within the organization.
Contribute to maintaining strong financial controls, compliance standards, and reporting accuracy across the organization.

Profil kandydata

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a similar position.
Practical knowledge of Polish accounting standards and tax regulations, particularly VAT and CIT.
Very good understanding of financial controls and reporting processes.
Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency in MS Office.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken, enabling daily collaboration in an international environment.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to improve processes.
