Opis stanowiska

  • Develop and execute the long-term marketing strategy for a healthcare product portfolio.
  • Drive category growth through strategic brand planning, forecasting, and commercial performance management.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a small marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Build communication strategies targeting both healthcare professionals and consumers.
  • Identify market opportunities, define product positioning, and recommend strategic initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and business performance to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Medical, Regulatory, Sales, Market Access, Supply Chain, and Global Marketing.
  • Work with internal specialists to deliver integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Manage annual brand plans, business cases, forecasts, and performance reviews.
  • Represent the marketing function in strategic discussions with senior leadership.

Profil kandydata

  • Several years of experience in Brand Management within Healthcare, Consumer Healthcare, Nutrition, or relevant.
  • Strong strategic marketing capabilities combined with commercial acumen.
  • Previous experience managing or mentoring team members (formal people management experience is highly preferred).
  • Experience developing communication for healthcare professionals and/or sales teams is considered an advantage.
  • Experience in category management, forecasting, and business planning.
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with commercial data.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, matrix organization.
  • Proactive, relationship-oriented, and comfortable operating in a dynamic business environment.
  • Fluent English.
