Project & Delivery Management

Manage multiple technology projects simultaneously across global and regional teams.
Define project scope, timelines, resource requirements, governance structures, and delivery plans.
Lead projects through all phases, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support transition.
Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies depending on project needs.
Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests while ensuring timely resolution.
Coordinate governance reviews, procurement activities, security assessments, and operational readiness.
Facilitate collaboration among business stakeholders, technology teams, support functions, and third-party vendors.
Oversee vendor relationships, including vendor selection, contract management, statement of work creation, delivery monitoring, and quality assurance.
Prepare and present project status updates, highlighting key risks, decisions, and mitigation plans.
Ensure compliance with internal governance standards, security requirements, privacy regulations, and audit expectations.
Drive business readiness activities including communications, training, support planning, and go-live preparation.

Solution Design & Technical Leadership

Translate business objectives into practical technology solutions.
Contribute to high-level application, integration, data, security, and operational architecture design.
Review and validate solution proposals from internal teams and external suppliers.
Assess feasibility, scalability, cost-effectiveness, security, and long-term supportability of proposed solutions.
Challenge overly complex designs and promote sustainable, business-focused approaches.
Support the delivery of AI-enabled solutions, ensuring appropriate governance, risk management, human oversight, and measurable business outcomes.

Profil kandydata

Core Competencies

Project leadership with experience managing complex, cross-functional technology programs.
Ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across diverse global teams.
Solid understanding of enterprise application architecture, integrations, APIs, cloud platforms, and SaaS environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on delivering practical solutions.
Experience managing vendors, service providers, and contractual engagements.
Knowledge of governance, risk, security, compliance, and SDLC processes.
Commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets and assess the financial impact of project decisions.
Excellent communication skills, comfortable engaging with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience working across international teams and managing geographically distributed stakeholders.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in IT project management, technology delivery, or enterprise systems implementation.
Proven track record of delivering enterprise applications, SaaS solutions, integrations, and global technology rollouts.
Strong understanding of application architecture, APIs, data flows, cloud technologies, access management, and operational support models.
Experience converting business requirements into technology solutions and evaluating technical proposals.
Familiarity with automation, low-code, and AI platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, OutSystems, Dify, or similar technologies.
Experience with Salesforce ecosystems and SaaS platform implementations.
Strong vendor management background, including SOWs, change control, and delivery governance.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and project management tools such as Microsoft Project, ServiceNow, or Smartsheet.
Experience collaborating with teams across Europe, North America, and Asia.
Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
