Opis stanowiska

  • Acquiring potential franchisees through networking, industry events, conferences, franchise fairs and online campaigns
  • Conducting initial recruitment interviews and assessing candidate's business potential
  • Collaboration with the franchising team in creating and implementing local candidate acquisition strategies
  • Informing candidates about the responsibilities and requirements of the company's franchise model
  • Coordination of the On-the-Job Evaluation process
  • Preparing candidates' summaries and recommendations for stakeholders
  • Coordinating onboarding meetings and collaborating with training teams for development of the training programs
  • Preparing reports and analytical summaries, analyzing KPIs, recruitment channel effectiveness and OJE results
  • Monitoring the effectiveness of recruitment processes and identifying changes in market trends

Profil kandydata

  • Min. 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment or sourcing
  • Experience in franchise area, sales or business development is welcome
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on building relationships
  • Eager to work in a dynamic work environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Systems‑ and strategic‑level thinking that integrates recruitment, operational processes, and training to drive organizationl outcomes
  • Attention to the quality of processes and documentation in accordance with company's standards
  • Coach-like approach supporting candidates preparing for a franchisee
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Knowledge of Power BI and other analytical tools is welcome
  • Fluency in English (min. B2)
  • Based in Warsaw
