We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to join a dynamic Corporate Accounting team supporting a multi-entity, international environment. In this role, you will play a key part in monthly and quarterly close processes, ensuring accurate financial reporting and supporting core accounting operations across global business units.

Opis stanowiska

  • Support monthly and quarterly close processes across multiple international entities
  • Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and amortization schedules
  • Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Analyze P&L and balance sheet variances, investigating key fluctuations
  • Assist in financial reporting and review trial balances across entities
  • Support foreign currency translation and remeasurement processes
  • Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements and internal controls (SOX)
  • Collaborate with auditors and support audit activities
  • Track and monitor entity-specific accounting matters and process improvements



Profil kandydata

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, auditing, or financial analysis
  • Hands-on experience with general ledger accounting, journal entries, and variance analysis
  • Solid understanding of P&L and balance sheet principles
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Good time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively; operational fluency in English is mandatory
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in a global or high-volume environment (e.g. fintech, retail, insurance) is an advantage
  • Knowledge of insurance accounting systems (e.g. AMS360, Epic, Applied TAM) is a plus
