For our client, who is currently building financial structures within a manufacturing organization, we are looking for a candidate for the position of AP Accountant.

Opis stanowiska

End-to-end ownership of the Accounts Payable process
Verification and posting of purchase invoices
Ensuring accuracy of documents from formal and tax perspectives
Reconciliation of vendor accounts
Preparation and execution of payments
Monitoring liabilities and payment deadlines
Posting bank statements and financial transactions
Settling employee expenses and advances
Cooperation with internal departments
Participation in month-end closing (reconciliations, provisions, cost allocation)
Supporting audits and preparing financial data
Ensuring compliance with regulations and internal procedures
Supporting process improvements and ERP implementation (SAP / Dynamics 365)

Profil kandydata

Higher education degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
Minimum 4 years of experience in Accounts Payable
Solid understanding of AP processes and accounting principles
Experience working with ERP systems (SAP or Dynamics 365 preferred)
Experience in an international or manufacturing environment is an advantage
Communicative level of English (used in daily business communication)
Strong communication skills with a collaborative mindset and ability to build effective working relationships
Ability to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities
Strong prioritization and decision-making skills
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Proactive, solution-oriented approach with the ability to work independently
Comfortable working in a fast-changing, greenfield environment
