Opis stanowiska

Supervise daily warehouse operations, including inbound, storage, picking, packing, and outbound processes
Lead and manage a team of warehouse employees (work planning, performance monitoring, training, and development)
Ensure timely order fulfillment and efficient goods flow across the warehouse
Oversee inbound quality control processes and ensure compliance with documentation
Cooperate with logistics service providers (3PL) and transportation companies
Manage logistics documentation, including import and export documentation
Resolve operational issues and handle logistics claims (damages, shortages, discrepancies)
Monitor inventory levels and initiate improvement actions (process optimization, layout, cost efficiency)
Ensure availability of operational materials (packaging, labeling, equipment)
Prepare operational reports and performance analyses
Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and internal procedures

Profil kandydata

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations, including a leadership role
Strong understanding of warehouse processes: inbound, outbound, quality control, inventory management
Proven experience in team management within an operational environment
Familiarity with WMS/ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
Very good knowledge of MS Excel and ability to analyze data
Knowledge of export processes is a plus
Fluency in English and Polish
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and results-oriented mindset
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
