Customer Service Specialist will join our client's internal Order Management team and will play a key role in coordinating order‑to‑delivery processes for German‑speaking and global customers. This is a back‑office role focused on accuracy, communication, and cross‑departmental coordination.

Opis stanowiska

  • Serve as the primary (multichannel) point of contact for German-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Processing and managing customer orders in line with the company's procedures
  • Entering and maintaining order data in ERP/CRM systems (Excel, MS Dynamics)
  • Coordinating order fulfilment with internal teams (Production, Logistics, Planning, Customer Service)
  • Tracking order status and monitoring delivery timelines
  • Preparing order‑related documentation, reports, and summaries
  • Supporting internal and external stakeholders with relevant information
  • Identifying and resolving delivery or order‑related issues

Profil kandydata

A successful Customer Service Specialist within an Order Management team should have:

  • Fluent German and English - C1 level required
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to work with data
  • Previous experience in customer service, logistics, order management, or administration is welcome
  • Open mindset and willingness to work in an international environment
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model (50/50 office & remote)
