Opis stanowiska

  • Define and manage the company's IT infrastructure strategy
  • Oversee daily operations of servers, networks, and cloud systems
  • Ensure systems are stable, secure, and performing well
  • Lead cloud (Azure) and hybrid infrastructure environments
  • Drive automation and improvements in infrastructure
  • Own cybersecurity strategy, policies, and risk management
  • Ensure strong protection against threats and compliance with standards
  • Manage IT vendors, contracts, and budget
  • Lead and develop infrastructure and security teams
  • Improve IT services, processes, and overall performance

Profil kandydata

  • 5-10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, including leadership
  • Strong knowledge of networks, servers, and cloud (Azure)
  • Good understanding of cybersecurity and risk management
  • Experience managing teams and working with stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Able to communicate clearly with both technical and business teams
  • Proactive, structured, and focused on continuous improvement
