Opis stanowiska

Managing and developing IT and OT infrastructure (servers, virtualization, networks, storage, backup, security).
Ensuring high availability of systems supporting production and business operations, including BCP/DR considerations.
Leading and supporting a small infrastructure team while remaining technically hands‑on where needed.
Planning and executing infrastructure projects, including modernization, migrations, and integrations (on‑prem / cloud / hybrid).
Owning infrastructure budgets, vendor relations, and licensing.
Defining and enforcing security standards, network segmentation, and best practices across IT and OT.
Cooperating closely with production, operations, and business stakeholders to ensure technology effectively supports core processes.
Monitoring performance, incidents, and changes, continuously improving operational maturity.

Profil kandydata

Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure in an industrial or production oriented environment.
Hands‑on expertise in Windows Server, virtualization (e.g. VMware), networking (LAN/WAN/WLAN), and IT security.
Experience working close to production or OT environments (or a strong understanding of their requirements and constraints).
The ability to manage and develop a small team while staying involved at a technical level.
Experience with vendors, budgets, audits, and infrastructure projects end‑to‑end.
A collaborative communication style and confidence working with non‑IT stakeholders.
A proactive, problem‑solving mindset with a strong sense of responsibility for system stability and business continuity.
