We are looking for a hands-on IT Infrastructure Specialist to support and enhance our digital operations. This role combines day-to-day technical support with involvement in exciting IT projects, giving you the opportunity to make a real impact on business performance and technology evolution.

Opis stanowiska

  • Support and drive the company's digital operations roadmap
  • Provide hands-on support for IT infrastructure, systems, and applications
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
  • Monitor and maintain servers, networks, and storage environments
  • Participate in end-to-end IT projects (planning → delivery)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business-aligned solutions
  • Support shop floor systems, barcode devices, and production-related IT tools
  • Administer and support Windows environments, Active Directory, SCCM, and GPO
  • Manage virtualization technologies (VMware / Hyper-V)
  • Provide end-user support (desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices)
  • Train and support users on new systems and tools
  • Ensure IT security, compliance, and data protection standards
  • Contribute ideas for improving IT efficiency, security, and innovation
  • Mentor and support junior team members

Profil kandydata

  • 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or technical support (manufacturing environment is a strong plus)
  • Solid knowledge of Windows systems, networking, and IT infrastructure
  • Experience with Active Directory, SCCM, GPO, and virtualization tools
  • Hands-on approach with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of LAN/WAN, hardware, and IT support processes
  • Exposure to SQL databases, VDI, backup & disaster recovery is a plus
  • Experience with OT / IoT environments will be highly valued
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
  • Customer-focused with a proactive attitude
  • Fluent in Polish and English
