For our Client - a well established real estate investment fund with a strong and growing presence in Poland - we are seeking for a experienced professional for a position of Project Management Director.

Opis stanowiska

    • Lead and oversee all technical aspects of portfolio asset management and developments
    • Prepare and execute investments budgets
    • Providing required support in respect to the existing portfolio and ensuring co-ordination and monitoring of all key activities
    • Coordinate internal teams, developers, general contractors, and external consultants
    • Conduct and lead technical negotiations with developers, consultants and contractors
    • Oversee technical Due Diligence projects
    • Manage technical and development activities across Polish portfolio, including acquisition and disposal
    • Ensure compliance with legal, technical, and internal standards, including ESG policies and sustainability certifications
    • Performing detailed review and analysis of entitlement status of prospective acquisitions on a continuous basis
    • Prepare management reports and review technical documentation and development progress
    • Lead, develop, and motivate Technical Team, ensuring high performance and delivery against KPIs



Profil kandydata

  • At least 10-15 years of experience in real estate project management area
  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Proven track record in logistics, industrial, or large-scale commercial developments
  • Experience working for developers, investment funds, or real estate advisory firms
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, building regulations, and technical documentation
  • Experience in investment due diligence and technical analysis
  • Strong commercial and investment-oriented mindset
  • Excellent organisational and decision-making capabilities
  • Outstanding negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Fluency in English and Polish (written and spoken)
