Currently, for one of our Clients, we are looking for an experienced procurement leader who will play a pivotal role in shaping procurement excellence, driving transformation initiatives, and leading a high-performing regional team in a dynamic, multinational environment.

Our Client is a global organization with a well-established Shared Services Centre in Wrocław, serving as a strategic hub for international operations.

Opis stanowiska

    • Leading and supporting the regional procurement organization.
    • Recommending process improvements and coordinating with global process teams.
    • Defining, tracking, and communicating process performance metrics.
    • Collaborating closely with global and regional process owners.
    • Serving as the primary contact for procurement-related audits.
    • Supporting digital transformation initiatives, including automation projects within procurement operations.



Profil kandydata

  • University degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in procurement, including a leadership background within Shared Services or Global Business Services organizations.
  • Proven track record in building and scaling teams in dynamic, fast-growing environments.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience coaching, mentoring, and developing future leaders.
  • Solid project management capabilities and confidence in managing complex business challenges.
  • Deep understanding of procurement operations, sourcing processes, and supply chain principles.
  • Analytical mindset paired with a results-oriented and commercially focused approach.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at multiple organizational levels.
  • Fluent English
