Full-scope accounting for German entities in accordance with HGB

Monthly, quarterly, and annual closings

Preparation of statutory financial statements (HGB)

Posting invoices, bank statements, and employee expenses

Preparation of VAT declarations and support in tax-related processes

Management of AP/AR processes and payment execution

Ensuring compliance with German accounting and tax regulations

Preparation of financial and management reporting packages

Analysis of P&L, cost structures, margins, and working capital

Variance analysis vs budget and forecast

Support in budgeting and forecasting processes

Providing financial insights and recommendations to management

Supporting decision-making through financial analysis

Close cooperation with local CFO

Participation in audits and internal control processes

Working in a peer-review environment

Supporting development and optimization of financial processes and tools
