The role involves close collaboration with Finance and Operations teams across different manufacturing locations, providing an opportunity to gain a broad financial perspective within an international environment.Our client is a dynamically growing global manufacturing organization that continues to expand its operations across international markets.Opis stanowiskaAnalyze annual operating plans, monthly forecasts, and quarterly financial outlooks for several manufacturing sites located across different regions of the world.Support the consolidation of financial data received from various manufacturing locations and prepare analyses and reports for the global Finance team.Prepare monthly financial performance reports and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for supported locations.Analyze actual results versus budget and forecast, and prepare business commentary explaining key variances.Closely collaborate with Finance and Operations teams across manufacturing sites to understand performance, identify risks, and drive opportunities for efficiency improvements.Analyze manufacturing costs, operating expenses (OPEX), and financial performance of production sites.Support the planning, monitoring, and analysis of capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects for manufacturing locations.Participate in month-end and quarter-end closing activities and perform assigned financial controls.Support inventory reconciliation processes and collaborate with Finance and Operations teams.Participate in operational initiatives and improvement projects by providing financial analysis, preparing business cases, and supporting business decision-making.Contribute to improving financial reporting, automation of analyses, and optimization of processes.Prepare ad hoc financial analyses to support business decisions.Profil kandydataUniversity degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.Minimum 4-5 years of professional experience in Controlling, FP&A, or financial analysis within an international manufacturing environment.Practical experience in financial reporting, cost analysis, variance analysis, and business performance monitoring.Very good command of English, enabling daily collaboration in an international environment.Ability to independently analyze problems, draw conclusions, and propose solutions.Proactive mindset, initiative, and a focus on process improvements and ways of working.Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and changing environment while managing multiple tasks and priorities.Advanced Excel skills and the ability to effectively work with large volumes of data.Knowledge of ERP systems, particularly SAP, would be an advantage.OferujemyAnnual bonusSports card / sports allowancePrivate medical careLife, disability, and hospitalization insuranceMeal subsidyEmployee referral bonusEmployee discount programTuition assistance / co-financing of professional education24/7 employee support hotlineKontaktJulita GlowackaNumer referencyjnyJN-072026-7058795Szczegóły ofertySektorKsięgowość, Audyt, Podatki i DoradztwoObszarRaportowanie, planowanie i analizyBranżaIndustrial / ManufacturingLokalizacjaWrocławRodzaj umowyStałaTwoja aplikacja trafi doJulita GlowackaNumer referencyjnyJN-072026-7058795
