Opis stanowiska

Your responsibilities:

Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned enterprise applications.
Establish and develop Product Ownership practices within the IT organization.
Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, stakeholder needs, and strategic objectives.
Translate business requirements into clear product goals and actionable development priorities.
Work closely with business stakeholders, process owners, IT teams, developers, architects, and security specialists.
Support agile ways of working and actively contribute to Scrum-based delivery processes.
Ensure alignment between business processes, technology capabilities, and product development.
Drive continuous improvement of products, processes, and collaboration models.
Support user acceptance testing and ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations.
Identify opportunities to improve product team capabilities, processes, and ways of working.

Profil kandydata

What we're looking for

Several years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in an enterprise environment.
Strong understanding of agile product management principles and practical experience applying them.
Experience managing product roadmaps, backlogs, priorities, and stakeholder expectations.
Ability to combine strategic thinking with practical execution.
Experience working closely with business departments and IT delivery teams.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience working with enterprise applications or digital transformation initiatives.
Understanding of business processes in areas such as procurement, order management, finance, or supply chain is highly beneficial.
Experience with SAP environments is a strong advantage.
Experience working in manufacturing, industrial, or other complex business environments is highly valued.
Fluent English.

Nice to have

Experience with SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA.
Experience with Procure-to-Pay or Order-to-Cash processes.
Experience building product teams or introducing product-oriented ways of working.
Background in business transformation, IT consulting, or enterprise application management.
