Our client is an international organization that is establishing a new Shared Services Center in Gdańsk.

Opis stanowiska



  • Monitor daily bank statements and payment interfaces between international banking partners and internal systems; ensure timely resolution of transmission errors at source to maximize straight-through processing (STP) and minimize recurring issues.


  • Collaborate with international Vendor Payables, Master Data, Finance teams, and banking partners to investigate and resolve payment and interface-related discrepancies.


  • Lead the implementation of payment automation initiatives across internal departments, ERP systems (including Workday) and broker platforms.


  • Develop and maintain Treasury reporting solutions in Kyriba, Power BI, or other reporting tools to meet evolving business requirements.


  • Design and deliver training for designated subject matter experts (SMEs) and general users.


  • Act as a liaison between end users and technical teams for ongoing configuration changes and mapping updates.


  • Provide primary support for variance reporting related to international accounts.


  • Manage new user access requests, entitlement changes, service tickets, and control submissions.


  • Support the London-based Transformation Manager in driving adoption of existing Kyriba modules and Treasury processes across international entities (including the UK, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, Brazil, and Eastern Europe).


  • Maintain Kyriba modules for international businesses, including:


    • Payments


    • Financial Transactions (including intercompany loans and related accounting)


    • Core Data module (including bank account interfaces into Workday general ledgers)


    • Cash & Liquidity modules


  • Maintain global payment data within Kyriba and associated broker systems.


  • Participate in additional Finance-led transformation initiatives and projects as required.




Profil kandydata

Education and Experience



  • Undergraduate degree required.


  • Minimum of 5 years' experience operating the majority of Kyriba modules.


  • Experience within a large SSC or Corporate Treasury organization is strongly preferred.


  • Background in banking or payments is advantageous.


  • Working knowledge of treasury and banking technology solutions, including banking portals and ERP-to-bank interfaces.



Technical Skills



  • Strong system proficiency.


  • Extensive experience with Kyriba.


  • Advanced Excel skills, including macros and pivot tables.



Preferred Qualifications



  • Experience with Power BI.


  • Strong understanding of reconciliation processes.


  • Familiarity with finance technology stacks and system architecture.


  • Knowledge of standard file formats such as XML, BAI, EDI, and other flat file formats.
