Perform day-to-day monitoring of transactions within the Digital platform Ecommerce platforms , EPOS and Supply Chain solutions to identify potential fraud cases

Working alongside key business stakeholders to understand business requirements and propose business process improvements, in order to achieve delivery of enhancements to meet those needs.

Play an active role in identifying problems, proposing solutions, implementing changes, and measuring results using data

Implement early warning systems to identify new types of suspect behaviour and adapt business processes to allow them to be actioned at the earliest possible stage.

Procative monitoring of order flows, including out of hours, to ensure that potential risks are addressed in a timely mannor.

Devleop clear communication channels with stakeholders to ensure that they are kept informed, and that all routes of entry are closed to customers identified as acting in a fraudulent manner

Occasionally execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new functionality developed in response to Loss Prevention requirements, including capturing and prioritizing defects for development teams.
