Opis stanowiska

  • Supervise and coordinate after-sales support activities to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Train and mentor team members to maintain high service standards.
  • Prepare and present reports on after-sales performance metrics.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Profil kandydata

  • Proven experience in customer service or after-sales roles within the industrial or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
  • Attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
